By getting the necessary first aids for sports, organisations can ensure they are able to respond to the problems suffered by those who sustain injuries quickly, potentially reducing the likelihood the individuals will experience permanent damage.

And new findings from the Centre for Injury Research and Policy of the Research Institute at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio have found that there are a number of particularly common causes of problems.

Among high school athletes Chinese table tennis racket in the US, ligament strains, muscle sprains and bruising are particularly prevalent."According to Ms Comstock, establishing measures to reduce fractures among students should be an important part of sports injury prevention policies.

If they fail to take the right precautions to prevent accidents and do not respond properly when they do happen, they could find themselves subject to costly legal action.

Responding to the figures, study author Dawn Comstock said: "Fractures are a major concern"He added: "They can severely affect the athletes' ability to continue sports participation and can impose substantial medical costs on the injured athletes' families.

The study also found that fractures are one of the more costly injuries suffered by students.

Indeed, more than nine in ten (95 per cent), such incidents required diagnostic imaging such as X-rays, MRIs and CT scans.

In such situations, first aids for sports is crucial in order to reduce the pain and damage suffered by those involved. This is important not only from the point of view of the Chinese tennis racket athletes but also from the perspective of education providers.
